Our lovely resident guinea pigs have really settled into life at Primrose Lodge Southbourne. They are as fluffy as ever and have grown so big. I wonder who is giving them so many treats…

Yesterday was a great day for Great Britain at the Olympics, Usain Bolt claimed a record third 100m title while tennis player Andy Murray won Britain’s fifth Rio gold medal.
